Meeting & Departure Points

Please note that our tours depart from two different locations in Cooya Beach. Please ensure you arrive at the correct meeting point for your booked tour.

📍Traditional Hunting Tours: Beach side of 1 Palm Street, Cooya Beach QLD 4873 (to the right of the basketball court).

📍 Educational Tours: Northern end of Cooya Beach, at the public toilet area next to the boat ramp.

Important:
Please contact Kuku Yalanji Cultural Habitat Tours at least 48 hours prior to your tour to confirm your exact departure time. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow for check-in.

Terms and Conditions for Kuku Yalanji Cultural Habitat Tours

Booking Details:

• We have a No Refund Policy.
• Private bookings must be paid once confirmed.
• Cancellations for Standard Tour bookings are Strictly 7 days.
• FOC: Teachers/Supervisors/Guides ratio 1:10.
• Public Holidays are charged at Private Rate for a standard tour.
  
• We are not a commercial food service provider or supplier.
• All bookings: Minimum 4 Adults to operate a tour.
• Guests are required to bring their own medications, water bottles, sunscreen and insect repellent.
• We DO NOT have toilet facilities - public toilets are located at the northern end of the beach.

General conditions: Kuku Yalanji Cultural Habitat Tours reserves the right to alter the experience in any way that may be necessary due to cultural reasons.
