Frequently Asked Questions

Private tours:

• Are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Standard tours:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

Operator Cancellations:

• If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or
  road closures), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Arrival, No Shows and Refunds:

• We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
• Guests who fail to attend the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join the tour.
• Late arrivals that miss the tour are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
• As our experiences are handcrafted and delivered in real time, we are unable to offer refunds
  after the tour has concluded, even in cases where expectations may not have been met.

Guests are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility concerns at the time of booking.
Please note that some activities may not be suitable for all fitness levels and may not be accessible for wheelchairs.

Educational Groups:
Ratio is 1:10 teachers/supervisors. All teachers and supervisors are required to hold a current Blue Card, if mandated by the organisation.

Listed are our net rates.
You are welcome to add your own costing onto our prices.

All payments must match the total amount on our invoice and be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please ensure your accounts department includes all associated fees, including:

• International transaction fees
• Currency conversion charges
• Any additional bank or transfer fees

Credit and Debit Card Surcharges:

• International Card: 3.9% surcharge will apply
• Domestic Card: 2.9% surcharge will apply

Are charged at double rates and are as follows:
New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
